Sosyal gud kaayo na sila...daghan pa gyud kuno sila ug postpaid nga subscribers...so mas daghan sila ug ikahatag sa ila mga empleyado in terms of sweldo. Daku pud kaayo sila ug building dinha sa IT park ug dinha sa Ayala bus.park ug kanang naa duol sa plaza independencia.

janitors and guards are contractuals, they are employed in agencies but they are assigned to work in globe/smart. so wala silay labot sa bonuses kay dili man sila empleyado sa globe/smart. AFAIK, all ranks are included sa bonuses

naglibog ko anang inyo 18th ug 20th month. Is that the same as saying 18k or 18,000 per month? Unsa man pud position ana? Basin 18K sa Globe then 20K sa Smart pero lain2x ang position? Or same descriptive title pero mas daghan ug tasks ang 20K?

Naa ko officemate nag work sa smart before, dili na daw ana ka dako ang smart karon nga moabot ug 18th month.
Last time I've heard niya is 14 nalang daw to. He was a field supervisor.
