There is ONE public torrent site (not NT which I foresee to decline since PirateBay is out of the picture), which can almost match TL or TB and is better than Rvtt/Rt, ST or any of those newer private torrent sites in terms of inital superseeders and the release time. Those newer private torrent sites only have one or two initial superseeders.
    Interesting..which one would that be?
Now wouldn't that be illegal here istorya? Giving out the names of torrent sites? That's why I used initials instead of full names so that I wouldn't be breaking istorya rules...
But still TL is the best with TB bringing in 2nd since they've got at least 10 super seeders on high speed connections for each new torrent (They're very strict on their uploader policy). It helps also that they have mostly power users with ratios over 1:1...

The only public torrent sites with great initial superseeders per new torrents and seeders for older torrents are legal public torrent linux sites. These together with TL, TB and the "ONE" is where I max my down speeds in just less than a minute after I get a new release (5 or 10 mins after it's released by uploaders).

The problem with the "ONE" is that they sometimes go offline for days...

    ADC-servers seized in police raid

    Thursday, June 01, 2006

Yesterday Swedish authorities raided a ISP (RixPort80 where PRQ is a branch) as they were looking for servers belonging to The Pirate Bay. At the same moment 50 officers raided the homes of people connected to TPB in over 10 locations all over Sweden.

What does this have to do with ADC? - We were customers of PRQ and it appears that the police has taken all their servers (to secure TPB evidence), including the ones that belong to other people, for example ADC. Hundreds of sites have been shut down, we are one of them.

The still have our servers and we are doing our best to get them back and have ADC up as soon as possible.

However I must say that people that used ADC do not need to worry about anything. You won't get in any trouble because of this. I will update this blog with new information as soon as I get it.

By the way it was ADC's birthday yesterday, I discovered that the site was down when I was going to update it with fun competition as well as launch a site I know you all have been waiting for a long time.

    Some birthday, huh?
I was such a fan of this site... Oh well...

    Add'tn:

It seems that all the known torrent site (private as well as public) whose servers are based in Sweden are down or gone because of the same reason as piratebay and ADC. Seems SB is also down

It's illegal how teach how to grab the files but Bittorrent itself is not illegal. It's a simple way of file sharing...the talk about how to "exploit" this technology is illegal.
this is the line --------- cross it. i dare you

I havent been relying much of torrents as ive got into a private site which can get releases as fast as private paid torrents, good thing on these sites is that you download on a http or fpt server which has a rated speed of 1mb/s per connection.

    EDIT: removed the site name
