im not a big fan of lozada, in fact if had the chance i would have scrambled to land my fist in him when he came to cebu.

on the first glance, this is istorya.net, what do you expect....

on the other hand i already stated my point as to why "kutob ra mi sa istorya", we were not given the opportunity to walk on lozada's shoes. but i did my part on the traffic rules and littering ordinances.

    happy?

I hope Lozada gets his justice in some other way, by hook or by crook.

He's just a victim of circumstance and even in the Senate testimony, it was very obvious who were lying. Definitely wasn't him.

If I were in Lozada's shoes, I'd probably do the same thing rather than keep quiet and be salvaged silently because he'd rather keep all the lies to himself.

The arrest is lawful. He's not being detained for political purpose but because of the probable cause that the court finds for the charge against him.
under the guise of probable cause... perjury? so many people have perjured, for the first time i've seen one being arrested for it.

probable cause? i have a neighbor who were charge with falsifying public documents even if the complainants doesn't have any documents to support their claim. the reason why the arrest warrant was serve to my neighbor? Because their complainants uncle was a judge.

in this administration... the people who are against it are jailed even with the slightest infraction but those in power? Look at the pool automation mess?

The last thing the government should have done was turn Lozada into a martyr once again. People grew tired of his antics a long time ago. Nag Lozada and ZTE burnout na mga tao and he was relegated to the dustbin of old news. Now they're giving him the chance to bask in the spotlight once again. Talk about shooting themselves in the foot.
