franchising is good but it entails a lot of risk too... better start somethng u really love/like, make money from it... hinayhinay lng den learn from every mistakes n improve ur strenthgs....
not so sure for julies, ila products kay same ra man gud pod sa other bakeries you caN find anywhere. I had seen julies shps nga hinay pas bao ang progress....although basic man kaayo nga commodity ang bread, i guess di na necessary nga mag franchise kon mao lang pod gani ni nga bisnis imo i put up. mura naman sad og mushroom kadaghan ang bakery karon, almost kada eskina naa...naturally kadtongg naa sa 1st block di na gyud na moadto pa sa second block aron palit pan kon naa man gani sa 1st block sad bakery, ma julies pa na or golden crust ba, mao ra man sad, ang pan de sal sa julies di man na mahimong sal de pan sa golden crust.......kuha me?

There is no such thing as 99% risk free business, it's like saying its 100% risk free.
Well franchising a Jollibee is expensive, like what the guys says its around 20-30Million (I'm not sure what the franchise fee now). But the company does not let you franchise if you have the money, they have to look at your background on what other business that you have and how did you earn your money. If you have an existing business and its doing well and growing then maybe they will let you franchise. What they are looking for is how you Manage your business. If your business is dying and your thinking that franchising Jollibee is one way to move to another industry then your wrong. They will disapprove right away. hehehehe
