    naks another old wives tale. PASABTA ko nganong naa tay triathlon. to think hago kaayo na kay cycling, SWIMMING (ngya di na pwede maligo nuon), then running.

    ..NO! big NO juhwd ni xha. kung gikan sa kakapoy ug heavy sports imong lawas. DILI juhwd okay ang maligo inig after. well base sa family experience nako. sayup juhwd ni xha. kay naa ko ka`ila namatay tungod ani. T_T after miya nagball kay naligo. then mao toh. so ayaw juhwd. pahuway sad before ligo.

    ok ra man goro pero after doing some activities like exercise pahuway lng sah...ako after indoor exercise maligo man ko even cold water...

    basta lagi sagulan lang og init nga tubig payts naman na...... alangan naman pud direct ang tubig nga iligo nga walay halo nga init gamay, kana mokirig jud ka ana. lalimang kag init kaayo imong lawas unya mokalit lang og kabugnaw..... mura gud bakal nga nag baga unya kalit lang bas-on...awa dba.......dba mobugnaw ang bakal

    to those who said nga dili safe, please og butang og reference or studies to prove nga di na maayo maligo after exercise.

    @hizuka007: what you're saying is like comparing apples with oranges. how about atong grabe og hilanat, nganu e cold compress mana sila sometimes to the extent nga e homol sa bath tub full of ice? to lower their temp, right?

    bottomline: depende ra nas taw. nay uban anad na while others, kay mao may ilang nadak-an mao sad ilang gi practise.

    meaning, your body will adapt.
