i have same problem. I am ready to sleep na around 10 - 11pm but mga 2am na sad ko maa sleep then around 4am maka mata na sad ko nya dugay kaayo makabalik sleep. I already tried drinking milk before bed and bath before bed. mao gihapo.
mas worse diay akoa dati... maski until 6 am... di jud ko ka2log a2...
ng lessen lng kog intake ug beverage w/ caffeine...

no caffeine lng before magslip..or drink milk para dali ra mkaslip..
