I'm partial to HGH myself. It is expensive, but by far the most effective supplement that I've ever used. It's not vital though. Really you can achieve a LOT just by dieting properly and exercise.
right now, wala. i still have a few left pero i choose to not take any lang sa.. not even caffiene. dako sad gyud og deperencya, strength og endurance-wise, but still, i'm planning to do it like this for a month or two.. i've been on supplements for years so it's nice to wash 'em all away nasad para ma surprise ako body... it would also be a welcome surprise when i start taking 'em on again... bottomline: if you want a good workout, it all boils down to you.. e psych lang gyud daan imo kaugalingon.. it especially helps if you minimize your rest period in between sets to a minute or less.. para intense!

bro for me proper diet raman...mas better if dili lang sa mag supplements..pag develop lang sa ug muscle mas maayo kung natural lang sa kai kanang mag supplement mura na cla balloon if wala na dali ra kaayo ka mu gamai labi na if mu stop ka....nya about whey protein mas effective pa kung mag eat ka natural foods na rich in protein like fish,chicken breast(no skin),egg white...mas effective gud ni bro..mas cheaper pa imu gasto nya healthty pagud...
