ok raman sad ni nga exercise bro, its for me a training of the mind to speculate on something beyond speculation, & i guess religion should be taught in school in this manner, like teaching children how to think
1.) class let us examine the teachings of every relgion; now every religion claims that ther is a god; in your own opinion will this god really exist, if yes why? if no why?
2.)class lets synthesize the basic teachings of every religion; list the seeming contradictions & list the similarities
3.)class lets interpret the the holy books in the following manner: 1st page will be literal, 2nd page will be alegorical/mythical, 3rd will be historical opinion
God's logic is undoubtedly the best.... very sound!!! not like any other logic books you read from anywhere![]()
as there are many ways of understanding the bible; i respect your opinion/undrestanding of the bible, much as i also respect the opinion/understanding contrary to your opinion of the bible. its not for me to judge who holds the objective understanding of a "thing". so i guess your right according to your understanding.
We can never fathom, the logic of God.
What we think as the "logic" of God is not really the logic of God.
It is only our speculations of the logic of God.
God is so up there if we think of levels of being.
Man is way down here.
Imagine the ants, dogs and man.
Man is the ant and God is the man.
The have very different level.
So, to say that the ants can know what is the logic of man is wrong.
Ants could never know, much more understand, what man is thinking.
This is again because they are not of the same level of beings.
Therefore we could never know the logic of God.
No matter how we study, read and think.
We could only speculate.
How do you know if there's even a God?? And if ever there's one, does anybody here know what God is?? And if it capable of LOGIC.. I believe this all is just all the cause and effect of Physics and Science, nothing divine about it..
Now that's logic.. Logically logical..
Why do you wanna know if God's logic? If there's a God, who are we to question his logic?? Completely illogical..
The same tired arguments pop up on this thread and others. Children with their heads blown off in an explosion. The Holocaust, the historic suffering of the world. So when you say that we made the devil up to cover up the abuses of humans, I agree ("In fact, if you told me God broke the cookie jar..."). But the same logic applies in God's case, too. And the abuses of humans against other humans dose not negate God's existence whatsoever. When we discuss the history of earth, we do not discuss God's history. God does not have a history of abuse and hatred. Man does.![]()
