undress in front of him/her...get to the bathroom,...invite him/her to take a shower together.
110% of the time it works.

    or

hand in her/ his cell phone.....let him express his/her anger and rage throught SMS/text messaging...even though you are just a feet apart....

    this works too...

but I like the first option.

the most impt thing is to find out more about his past, find out why he can't manage his anger, it might be because of his past or his childhood experiences...understand ur partner well, open communication will leads u too better understanding his personality & life experiences...

I agree and its tolerable if this temper will experience not everyday or not even on a small things not related with your relationship. Kanang mga small things nga di dapat problemahon himoong issue nga di dapat unta. so your relationship mag puyo nalang sa sige ug argue sa mga things nga iyang gi sapotan or gi kalagutan. Agree ko ana sa imong suggestion kung ang uncontrolled temper is parehas ra anang mga monthly period meaning once a month....

i give him silence and space for him to cool down. when his anger is over, then that's the time i'll talk to him. usually, when a person is angry, he only listens to himself. if your partner is mad and mo apil sad ka sa kasuko, gubot! or perhaps make lambing...
