Not necessarily.
too ko nga a bit of luck and diskarte...makasulod ka ug job jud...
though naa uban company tanaw jud ug grado..
heheheh
Just remember this quote
"Don't let my grades speak upon myself, let myself speak upon my grades"
now this is something i don't want to believe bec. at this point I still don't have work....
My take on the subject :
- NO , failing grades doesnt really matter when looking for a job .
- If your applying for a CASHIER position and you flanked in RELIGIOUS EDUCATION , what does it have to do with the issue ?
- Employers would prefer WORK EXPERIENCES and RECOMMENADTIONS .
- Not to overlook also the contents of the TOR , it is impressive if dagko ang grades , syempre if grabe ka daghan ang hagbong pod , questionable pod kaau na ang individual . Hagbong ka ug 2 to 3 subjects , not a biggie .
- I dont respect grades , these are just mere NUMERICAL FIGURES that represent on how well you did in school because you are the teachers pet .

just sharing some experiences of mine:
that would depened on what company, institution, agency, bureau, office you are applying for.
i've experienced one agency that looked over my grades from the 1st year 1st sem up to graduation and aside from no single failing grade, you should have at a general average not below 85% or 2.0 (so far i've complied with this modesty aside) as what i've heard from my fellow appicants then that if only they made good in their studies they could have made it to the initial screening.
ang uban ilang gi base sa mga entrance exams (especially with my current employment that was very known to have a very high casualty rate sa mga applicants even mga summa, magna, mba, mpa ug uban pa nataga during the entrance exam palang) at least with this set up mas makita gyud kung kinsay deserving than merely basing it on dagkong grades na hinimo sa mga diploma mill na schools.

grades won't matter, for as long as you have graduated from college you can find a perfect job for you
ang pangaply trabaho, mura ra nang nanguyab ka... kng decidido jud ka, dawt jud ka!
grades will matter, that's a fact... but its just a small fraction that the interviewer will look upon when you apply.
