Triceps (kanang muscle luyo sa imo bicep), gamay ra, i-comparar sa Dughan, Abaga, ug Atubangang Bukton. hehehe.

hehe, thanks sir. 2 months ako pa cut ani sir, i was preparing for a begginer body building competition ani sa boracay. I started last year mga August to October.

Akong type of diet ani kay Semi-Diet, with a minimal amount of sugar and salt, as in gamay ra gyud.

Breakfast - 6 egg whites, Oatmeal with milo and bearbrand, Dietary Protein Shake with banana (Optimum Nutrition)

Mid-day snack - 4pcs Wheatbread, Water-base century tuna, lettuce, and delmonte pineapple tidbits (i-yabo ang juice)

Lunch - 1pc Boiled Chicken Breast (walay sagol), 1 cup of rice, 3 eggwhites

Mid-afternoon snack - 4pcs Wheatbread, Water-base century tuna, lettuce, and delmonte pineapple tidbits

Dinner - Boiled Fish / Chicken Breast (walay sagol), i cup of rice

Last meal - Dietary Protein Shake with banana, milo, and bearbrand.

For 2 months gyud ni nakong kaon, mura nako kasukaon, pero antos lang, dili pa gani ni strict diet, samot nag strict diet, mag suka suka ko sa kaluod.

actually, if you are not into competition, you don't need "it."

if one body part lags such as your tricep, hit it at least twice a week. simple. how?

warm up with push downs... palm face down, up and each other.. this will prime your triceps and elbows for the big lift... now, for the killer routine do these and watch 'em grow - dips. if you can lift yourself easy with your own body weight, put some weights on. then do all that presses you know (french press, lying press, kickbacks, etc.) then on other days you do close-grip bench press... then to make it more challenging, you might wanna do the decline variation.

coupled with proper nutrition and rest, those tricep should grow.

What time ka workout bro? when you do your cut, mubag.o imo set and reps? lighter? or wat? thanks!

@Onins - i usually workout in the morning mga 9am, since ako office is 11am. ive read an article before that says, its good to workout in the morning since fresh pa ka.

kung mag diet ka, naturally mu decline gyud imo strength, because of the minimal amount of sugar and salt na imu gi take, so ma force gyud ka ug alsa gaan, with that mas mu daghan imu repetition.

pero i believe if you could lift heavier even in a diet, that would be good, para ull be ripped and shreaded and at the same time big. mao nay lisod i-achieve, labi na ug natural ra ka, pero possible gyug, if ur naturally strong.

thanks bai, actually mao sad na akong gibuhat ron, i warm up with tricep pushdowns (although palm face down lang pirmi) and then i do skull crusher and dumbbell extensions. panagsa ra ko mag dips, and if i do it, i do bench dips, mas ganahan ko sa igo, mas feel nako. lisuran ko anang normal na dips coz lisod kaayo i-isolate ang triceps, maigo gyud gamay akong chest ug shoulders
