Kindly take note the difference between SAVINGS account and DEBIT CARD. You can add BDO as your SAVINGS ACCOUNT, but not as DEBIT CARD.

If you like to verify your Paypal account, either add a CREDIT CARD or an EON debit card.

sa TS, have you tried checking on Paypal if they accept the card/allow the card for use in verification? usually for verification of Paypal account, they only allow the use of cards with the MasterCard or Visa(/Visa Electron) logo...

but after verification you can add your BDO Debit card account to your list of accounts...

but as far as i know ang ATM sa manghod nku DOUBLE as DEBIT CARD and pwede gamiton sa online...
