    This is a project from our government the URBAN HOUSING LOAN AND MORTGAGED PLAN w/ the CASILI ESTATE HOMEOWNERS ASSO.

    TAG P1,200/SQ.METER Ang lot which is the original cut lot is 70 sq. meter= P84,000.

    All papers are already in the second notice , you can also get a copy of a sketch plan in toreno surveying offc. beide carlos batchoy in mandaue.

Ang policy gi allow sa HOMELOAN Program nga loanable amount is ang 60T ra , thats why mobayad ka ug equity nga 24K, but ang tag-iya (which is the house owner)naka bayad na ug 4T nga maoy ilang first equity unta ani, kay before ang application ani kay mandaue man unta then ang loanable sa mandaue is 80K, then pagsurvey na belong na man ni sa Consolacion> ( tingale naka notice ka we have 2 casili-consolacion and mandaue)nya ang bracket sa consolacion is 60T ra man , mao nga 24K ang equity, then gi minusan na ug 4T mao nga 20K nalang ang equity imong bayaran, since ang lot 2 man ni ka bahinan sa iyang sis unta ni, mao nga mo come-out uf 40K ang equity kun ikaw na mo-assume.
