hehehe.. malakara ka! chingga!
maau lang og ma adto ni sa mga maayung kamot ang kita ani...
Ga party rn ang mga corrupt kay naa napud sila bago nga ma corrupt
22,000 barrels a day is quite a a welcoming news for all of us. We have been waiting for the Galoc Oil Field for so many months already. Now that it is operational, we won't be having problems in importing oil, in as much as we have sources in the country.
More so, this could be a possibility that we might explore some other areas in the country where oil can be found. That would be the day.
I dont want to pretend to be an oil expert here but I do know that crude oil have different types ranging from light to heavy. Each type has different processing methods depending on which by products they are intended to be. We use petroleum not just for fuel of internal combustion engines (ICE) but majority of it goes to plastics, paints, medical, and many others to mention. The petroleum jelly you put on your p***s also comes from those oils (hehehe). So in short, if the Philippines has the capacity to process this crude oil to its appropriate by-product, then it will be easy to integrate the production to our market. Otherwise, we have to export it to countries that can process it.
Alternative energy is good but it is costly and some are not good. Alternative energies like Nuclear, Geothermal and Hydro are the best for power generation. But if your are talking about energy to run your car, then I want you to know I am not a believer of those energy.
Why? First, biodiesel. It takes away the food that should have gone to the table. The biodiesel business is the main reason why the prices of corn in the world doubled and the stocks are short. Biodiesel might be a reasonable idea for rich countries with excess food like the US but for the Philippines, it is just too destructive.
Second, Hybrid cars. The idea looks cool. Cars mainly running on batteries, that's cool but not until you know how much energy and waste are made just to manufacture these cars. This technology is too young though such that being an engineer myself I will give it the benefit of the doubt.
Third, Solar energy. This is probably the most widely misunderstood form of energy in the market. To start with, this type of energy is very inefficient to be the main source of energy. The cost to manufacture the cells are more expensive than the power it will generate in return. The waste generated in making the solar cells are probably more destructive the the waste made by the oil rigs. Not to mention that the cells have short life span, meaning it will not last forever as many have imagined. Solar energy to be used in the outbacks or outerspace might be a good idea but as major source of energy it is a crap.
To end my litanny, alternative energies are good if you have the money and will to pursue it. The Philippines must utilize its available resources first and enjoy its benefit. We should not fall on the marketing bluffs of the developed countries. Regarding our cars, it is better to design it to be very efficient that it will consume less fuel per output power.
And with regards to Global Warming...nahhh, don't believe it, it is a hoax. Again, it is a marketing ploy.
dapat i develop dayon na para tag 10 na lang ang litro sa gasolina...hehehehe
dili na ta sige ug import...
this is really a good news. i know there will be some sort of corruption. ang ako lang, dili lang unta kaau nila ipa-klaro ug dili tanan ilang hut-huton. I heard that it's operational already but i have yet seen any effect whatsoever to the local oil prices. why won't the government loan to create a facility to process the raw materials? this would translate into them making money even if they sell the finished product at lower prices. in turn, local oil prices will drop dramatically. in that case, it's a win-win situation.
nindot ni maka pump nig millions of barrel a day.
hope maayo ang dagan ani para sa pilipinas.
