FYI: Small banks give bigger interests than the BIGGER banks. Thats why Bank of Cebu went bankcrupt in the first place. I guess.

kuyaw manang mga rural banks kay ma close nya like sugbuanon bank or bank of cebu bato?. I know an institution that can offer 8% per anum and you can loan ur money at 1% per month only so mga 12% per anum unlike banks na 18%. Just pm me if anyone is interested.
