ms. dili na true mo taas ang ulo sa baby tingay kay kung mo ingon kag dako hydrocephalus na... the reason y mo taas kay the mother do not know how to push... mag putol2x ang iya pag utong2x so mo sud gawas ang head sa baby sa cervix now causing it to stretch but it will return to the normal size after few hours from delivery... den naa jd na sa bone formation if dako ba jd ang head sa baby...

squatting is another good exercise to deliver the baby smoothly...

I did not choose an epidural.I have heard that epidural can slow you labor as well. And I actually had a friend whose epidural did not work. Actually the thought grossed me out. Anyhow I had a pain reliever called Demorol. That really worked well. As in relax kaayo ko pag labor and delivery.. Imo ma feel ig labor kay mura ra kag g-dysmenorhhea and ig panganak nimo mura ra kag kal*bangon... Bitaw oi kaya rana nimo , nakaya man kagi nako na gamay ko na babae nya ako (first) baby is 8.15lbs. Really if I am asked about my labor and delivery I look back on it fondly.

Best wishes with your labor & delivery.

If you want a painless delivery, EPIDURAL. Anesthesia will be injected sa imong spinal cord, so you will not feel the pain of childbirth, ang imo lang ma feel are the contractions from time to time. Ayaw ang C/S, it may not be painful during the procedure since you are sedated and all, but it is during the recovery period nga maka ingun ka nga mas maayo pa nag NSVD nalang ko (normal spontaneous vaginal delivery) kay 1 week ra ayo na akong samad. Besides inig, episiotomy ( laceration) wa kay ma feel or murag di na nimo ma notice ang pain kay all you want to do is to let the baby out right away. sige lang, nothing beats the experience of child birth. besides worth it tanan inig kita nimo sa imong baby.
