it'd be nice if we dissect the 2 series back in '85 & '87.. During the '85 finals.. Larry & Scott (Wedman)were injured throughout the playoffs specially during the finals and also during the '87 finals tragic said in one of his interviews that they caught the Celts on their heels.. Most of the Celts players were injured.. Parish, McHale, & Walton.. If we remember correctly during the '86 season the Celts blanked the fakers in their 2 season games.. i give credit to the fakers winning the championship but I think it was just breaks of the game.. Yes the fakers were more fast and young than the Celts but the latter was more of intelligent team play.. that was their edge..
