well, almost all of u guys think that nurses are underpaid... wait till u hear this..

Resident Doctors are really underpaid in our country!!!! mao na daghan na kaayo mga new doctors nga nag nurse nalang... hehe

basic pay for a resident doctor in our country ranges from 500-650/day.. dako paminawn diba?
but a resident has to work for 10 hours a day without lunchbreaks in between.. and to top it off, every 3 days they have to go on a 24 hour duty... and lastly, wala pa gyud silay day-off for the whole week.
can u imagine being a resident doctor? putting aside the mental stress that they undergo every day....

in a regular 10hr/day, ilang sweldo is about 50-65/hour
in an every 3 day 24hr duty, nahulog nalang ug 20-27/hour ang sweldo

now, who do u think are the underpaids?

probably a lot of u are wondering why a lot of doctors are becoming nurses nowadays... well, here is your answer...
