OT-->>i guess it really depends on what kind of profession.. but i still think that companies should give fresh grads a chance to prove themselves..
does double standard still exist at work? i'm just asking coz in my field (construction).. i've noticed that the guys are given more importance than the women.. i've done my architectural apprenticeship for two yrs.. but have only stepped on a construction site once.. my boss would rather have me in the office..
i think that's rather unfair.. i think that women are as much capble to be assigned in construction sites.. dili mn kmi cgro mg kinikay sa site oi.. the only thing i think that i would have trouble is hauling some materials.. hehe..
It is IMPORTANT..bragging rights and naa jud edge...makasuya jud ang naay lisensya bisag unsa na profession..pero after grad and taking exam, FREE-FOR-ALL na ang game..kanya-kanyang diskarte na. naa koy mga kaila bright kaayo pagcollege, nakapasar ug eng'g board but naglisod pangita trabaho or they earn less than they deserve (atleast naay job). its every man for himself.
The thing here is important jud ang naay lisensya...naa ra na nimo unsaon nimo pagamit/diskarte..
^^amu bah? dili mn cguro.. one thing i've notice thou is that girls may have a hard time in the field of construction coz limited ra kaau ang 'muscle power' compared to the guys.. isa pa.. sa site.. murag manol mga panday.. hahaha..
bsta.. license or no license.. in our field of business.. the guys are much more preferred compared to girls.. period! c",)
