Naka sulay na ka nga ang sa center ang negative terminal? mas efficient daw ang output kung sa center ang negative then and sigkakilid or outermost plate positive. The rest of the plates in between are neutral but will still produce HHO. Another way to improve the output is to wrap the outer edge of the cell with insulating material, this will stop some leak current for better efficiency.

Dingel's car was investigated by U.S scientists here in the Philippines. they found out that Dingel's car was a hoax. they wanted to examine the engine, but Dingel refused, just letting them see it, but not examine the engine itself. (citing that he has to protect his invention) "Ok, fine" answered the U.S scientists, they then, checked the emission, and the car was emitting carbon monoxide. That was the smoking gun, it's just what they were looking for (carbon monoxide, and not water was coming out from the tailpipe). Dingel's car was a HOAX! Apparently, Dingel was making money from publicity and he was getting/soliciting money for his so called inventions (to make it work better/to improve his water-powered car). They (U.S scientist) eventually called his car (Dingel's) DINGEL'S DING-A-LING CAR.

the only car that emits plain water is a hydrogen-powered car, by means of fuel cells and that is not Dingel's invention. Use your common sense, if he really invented it, wouldn't it be in the market nowadays? that was a long time ago. so many companies would pay him money (huge, for that matter, possibly obscene). AND don't tell me multi-billion budget companies can't make an inventions that can match DINGEL's? they can even invent STEALTH bombers, NUCLEAR submarines (which doesn't use gasoline or diesel, and nuclear will only need refueling in years), BIOLOGICAL breakthroughs/vaccines, but they can't invent a car just like DINGEL's? fantastic stories from and fantastic man! Dingel is laughing before, and he might still be laughing nowadays. Imagine, how many Filipinos he fooled. MANY believed him, and i heard, some gave him money. what a sad story for those who gave him money.

I have seen documentaries and this is not a story-telling-lie thing. it made such a huge headlines years ago (Dingel's invention). the truth is out there, and it will set us free. NO less that our very own Department of Energy claims that Dingel's car is a hoax. THAT coming the our own government! (Source: Philippine Daily Inquirer, June 25, 200. and since the Dept. of Energy is a government agency, anybody can ask them regarding the matter. some people will never learn, sad to say. He (Dingel) doesn't even have a patent for it and he invented it in 1969 "he claims".

The truth is you cannot see car manufacturers selling cars that you can just put water as primary fuel. Do you know why? Simply because water is almost everywhere on the planet. If car manufacturers make cars that use water as fuel, oil companies won't like it. Kung kinsa ang nag control sa energy, sila ra pud ang nag control sa kalibutan. If you haven't figure out that yet then sorry to tell you mao nay nahitabo sukad pa sa una.

The recent news about Dingel was that he agreed to sell his invention to the US government because he's already getting tired of waiting for the government support as he is aging and yet, his invention is not yet honored at this point of time. Dingel gets more percentage than the US government in the business industry according to the proposal but Dingel also enforced that a certain number of Filipino workers must come to work in the company.

Come to think of it, if you invent something, AND you want to protect your invention, you must patent it. BUT Dingel didn't, I wonder why? Even the inventor of a measly "intermittent wiper" patented his invention. I know of a filipino inventor, (I will tell you the name, i just forgot his name as of the moment), who invented a device/component of the vending machine, he is very rich in the U.S. because he patented his invention and now every vending machine in the world pays him a little loyalty fee for his little invention. NOW, remember, he DIDN'T invent the vending machine, he just patented a component/device inside a vending machine.
