music 80% ... 20% is lyrics...
music person ko...kataw-an ra gud ko sa ako kaubn nga mgkanta ko nga wla sa lyrics kay lyrics person mn pod xa..hehehehehe
I would say both. Ganahan kog paminaw ug mga rock songs nga ang lyrics kay thought provoking ug spiritual in nature but not in a f**king religious way (e.g. Collective Soul).
As to the music..............
Kurt Cobain "Music first, lyrics second".

Nindot man jud na both...ako bilib kaau ko sa mga kanta sa journey kay nindot ug tono then laglum kaayu ug lyrics. Mas nindot man jud nindot tanan...
-WEI?
both that is why I listened to metal or pure rock in general
i'm a country and bluegrass fan so i pay attention to both.
sa bluegrass/newgrass ky ma attract ko sa music daan then lyrics pod later.
sa country ky mostly lyrics ang mag una. i heard a lot of awful terrible Nashville Country that if not for the background pedal steel and fiddle, doesn't sound country at all. Pero nice man ang song so i dig it.
Same thing goes to listening to pop music. i go for the lyrics.
I'm not a pop band fan but when i hear songs like Miley Cyrus' The Climb(written by country songwriter Jessi Alexander) and NSYNC's This I Promise You(written and produced by Richard Marx) ganahan ko.
I don't like NSYNC and MILEY as an artists but some of their songs are great. Maybe ila version is too slick and shallow pagka arranged pero if u redone the song in a different way, nindot sya especially nindot ang lyrics.
Plus most of their songs are written by top songwriters from Nashville and L.A. like Jeffrey Steele, Brett James, David Hodges (former Evanescence's keyboard player), Ben Moody (former Evanescence's guitarist), and Adam Watts (he wrote most of what comes out on that Disney label. He is also a singer/songwriter in the indie folk/rock scene with music so much far different than his day job)
MUSIC person tingali ko kay 1st impression nko sa kanta dapat nindot ang music bahalag way klaro lyrics..![]()
