how do i troubleshoot my neo laptopnaka safe mode ko arun ka gamit ug internet safe mode with networking but technically when i choose the option to start windows normally mu blank ang screen as in super blank with black background as in everything is black...how do i fix this

if u have access to a monitor, hook it up for the meantime and boot normally with it. i think it is just a setting problem. i hope u know how to toggle the display mode of ur laptop - lcd/monitor.

if that's not the solution, you better start another thread to get better advice. this is OT now.
