Bro, pa trace ang smart number niya sa smart. If someone is going to ask for money and you don't know him/her, ayaw jud paghatag bisan pa for a good cause. Daghan na scams nowadays even sa internet thru e-mail. Some people would ask your info like your complete name, address, work, birthday, age... and etc. Ayaw jud mo panghatag ani mga info. They would say you won in a lottery online and they would be asking for these info. Just want to inform you guys and gals about this.
Dong...it is SOP I believe na makaltas agad yan sa balance mo even within a few minutes after all... IT IS THEIR MOTTO na money to the Philippines WITHIN MINUTES. Even if you already have cancelled it. Did you read their terms of agreement?Originally Posted by chad_tukes
It says there:
b. Refunds. In general, we do not provide refunds unless we did something wrong. We will consider your written request for a refund (submitted by email, fax, or U.S. mail using the contact information at the bottom of this TOS) if you provide the Sender’s full name, address, and phone number, together with the Transaction tracking number, Transaction Amount, and the reason for your refund request.
If we do provide you a refund, we will only refund the Transaction Amount if the Transaction was not paid out to the Recipient (in which case we will also cancel your pending Transaction); otherwise, we will only refund the Service Fee. Refunds will be credited to the same Payment Instrument used to pay for the Transaction. Refunds are only be made in U.S. dollars. Refund amounts will not be adjusted to account for changes in the value of the U.S. dollar or foreign currency from the time your Transaction was submitted.
In other words...kung u paid via paypal, eh di refund nila sa imo paypal. There is no other company that will IMMEDIATELY refund because there will still be investigations blah blah. As to kung bakit di ka sinabihan na makakaltas ba ang 500usd from your account...did you ask?
In the first place, that was your mistake. They are not thieves and you know it. In my TWO years of dealing with them, never pa ako ninakawan so please be very careful with your comments kay baka makiha na nuon ka ana.
Pasalamat ka sa XOOM ka nagpadala at nagkamali...kung WESTERN UNION PA KA...... these are the terms for refunds:
REFUNDS OF PRINCIPAL AMOUNT and cancellation of the money transfer will be made upon written request of the Sender if payment to the Receiver has not yet been made at the time the request is processed by Western Union. REFUNDS OF TRANSFER FEES will be made upon written request of the Sender if the money transfer is not available to the Receiver within the time specified by Western Union for the selected service, subject to the hours of operation that the Service is offered at the Agent location selected by the Receiver for payment and other special conditions. Refunds will be made within 45 days of receipt of a valid written request from the Sender. http://www.westernunion.com/WUCOMWEB...nc&method=load
Na tignan mo? FORTY-FIVE DAYS didto.
