i have a globe plan995 - 384kbps connection too, ako highest is 55-60kb/s ang dl using utorrent... depending sa health and seeds sa torrent.. i tried bitcomet, speeds sa bitcomet would reach 60-65kb/s. but i prefer utorrent sa dl, lighter sa resources..

depende ra gyud na sa seeds bradix. if daghan seeds mas kusog gyud ang DL. if di gihapon mokusog, sa imo gyud na connection sa globe.

I've had this problem before when I was still using Windows XP in my PC. I never experienced having the green icon at the bottom of the program which meant a stable connection. When I installed Vista on PC, I think everything went fine. Most of the time the green icon is present but at certain times not but I still get good download speeds. The green icon doesnt matter that much. The more seeds you have for your downloads, the better speed you get.

... murag lisod na i modify ang settings sa ilang new prolink na modem, sa akong nakita diri ang firmware kay naka customize according sa ilang settings. i even tried to reset it to factory defaults pero wa epik, ako na lang gi putos balik sa ilang karton.

mommy_ei: try to look for the LAN settings, Port Forwarding rules, i static ang port sa imong utorrent, den i open to na port sa imong prolink, check pud imong windows if wala ba gi block ang utorrent na app.

    test lng nya bro. ^_^
