Meantime Guys and Gals: For the Meantime or For Keeps?

for me there is no such thing as a meantime friend.. Like he/she is my friend then why the heck only for the meantime? He/she may come to me for comfort for the time coz he/she is broken hearted.. then once he/she has a new guy/gal she/he will be gone....coz he/she s gone is he just a meantime friend? or coz i will only be there when he/she needs me am i just a meantime friend?.. for me nope he/she is not.. and nope i am not... for when time comes that, that friend will again go to the same heartbreak...i will still be there.... all my friends are for keeps....

@ thisbe: they're "meantime friends" because we make them such..people whom we call on to if we get the blues to the point of using them. friends are friends and how/what they are to you (whether meantime or real) depends on your intentions for making friends with them.
