Why would the senators blame one person for this? They are too fond of blaming the president for everything. It's as if they are not responsible in this national concern. They should know that the present state of the public's welfare also reflects the way they work. It's not only the reflection of the work of the president but also theirs.
It seems they want to put the blame to the president and take all the credit for themselves. Are they doing anything important at the Senate to improve the burden of the people with regard to rice supply? I don't think so. If that's the case, I don't think they can simply put the blame to the president alone for they are not even doing anything to help solve the problem.
