It sounds like you are banking on technicalities re "Hello Garci", and I thought you are what you call critical thinker. If you really are what you say, technicalities should not be an issue, that is for the court. The truth knows no technicalities. The truth is staring at you in the face already, yet you say not admissible in court? You sound like lawyering to me.
