Let's take for example the employers... if the employer does give you high paying jobs but abuses you and engage in unfair labor practice... it's totally ok.

a person can be immoral, plunderer can still be attributed to a person but still can give projects to different parts of the philippines. Take for example Marcos.

So to you GMA is an effective leader when she's a liar and a cheat? And with relation to the topic... she appointed Garci, a known dagdag-bawas operator, despite vehement opposition to his appointment. After the elections, a tape surfaces with her talking to him discussing "pagpapataas" and "yung dagdag 2x". Effective leader? Effective in teaching people how to cheat in elections, yes. Erap was called immoral for being a womanizing drunk. But isn't cheating and lying also part of being immoral?

Erap was an ineffective leader, I agree. But so is GMA. And I know Filipinos can do better than those two incompetents.

Exactly what I wished would never happen. That the youth would lose their idealism and be numbed by the sheer hopelessness of it all, seeing pervasive corruption and cheating in the highest levels of the government go unpunished. Which then breeds the next generation of corrupt politicians.
