Just wanted to say that if you feel the conditions are not good, don't sell yourself short. Accepting these kinds of jobs for 12k pesos or less will be a disservice to yourself and to the field.
A lot of western countries have established companies in india, china, philippines. These companies are not poor. In any business one just wants more profit margin. Being in the philippines doesn't mean you have to work for peanuts. I hope india and the filipinos smarten up and learn to negotiate for their contracts.
