If you had watched a national TV news four or five days ago, you would have known that in Palawan they have a different pulutan. Take a few sensationalist writing of that story, here:

An elder in a clan had a nephew killed, cut and grilled for pulutan in a wedding party. All parties to this crime are now held in a Puerto Princesa jail.

A cousin told the police he could not swallow a piece of the body when ordered by the uncle. But, under duress of getting killed for another pulutan, he forced himself to eat his cousin, this according to him in a live interview over that TV news.
