Ingon cla mindset changes when you become a politician. Dynasty or not.. obliged dw ka nga mosunod sa nagpalibot nimo kysa magkaproblema ka sa imong kinabuhi.. Sometimes dw you are given something (cash or something else) when you have no option but to accept it. Otherwise, everything changes including the lives of your loveones.
    IN SHORT "money talks"..

We can never be on their shoes. And maybe, a lot of us will refuse to heed that way for the right reasons. When we say right reasons, this is when one considers that PUBLIC SERVICE is not something you market yourself for. Marketing is a device to gain something out of giving something.

We have seen politicians gained a lot during their term. We even complain about them. In all honesty, would you vote for someone whom you knew is doing something noble yet expects to gain something in return? Second reason, when you say it is a good opportunity, aren't we being opportunistic? I think for this simple reasons + the sad reality of how politicians are taking advantage of our situation that we dislike "EPALS", it should not be entirely whats good for them, it is significantly for what is right.

    thanks for the input...

But hypothetically if you were in there shoes would you not stoop to their ways ? Considering you dont have a famous last name under your belt nor you arent a famous celebrity. I asked cause I could not see a better opportunity (chance, circumstances) to market (advertise or promote) yourself.

People dislike political dynasty and dislike Epal . Can these much like politician can possibly exists and win an election ?

These things usually happen when the Class D, unemployed, tax-exempted, majorities mandate the electoral process and get the benefits while the middleclass pay all the bills.

    We need a constitutional change.

Exactly. Mao ni mga tawhana ang mopadaog sa mga epal, corrupt etc... pero cla sd ang mag rally2 puhon.. tsktsk..

Free Education including tertiary level would change all the way to greatness... takes time but success guaranteed ..

I guess these people are truly NOT anti-corrupt, anti-EPAL whatever u call it.

Kun tinuod na ilang rally2 to prove something is wrong with the admin or the gov't itself, dapat mga abugado, maestra & employees ila mga kuyog ky mao ni cla ang cgurado nga ngbayad ug buwis ..!!

Good question but before answering it, let me give u short info on why people really hated it:
The EPAL move IS NOT about posting/printing images and politician names on some of the materials for relief goods, operation tabang, balik skwela program etc..

For intelligent people who happened to disagree about this things its because they are using the people's MONEY . Thats it!
Reimbursement, Disbursements and similar terms are very obvious in higher officials.. (bisan ug personal dinner apil pana ug pa refund..refund sa gasolina bisan nag house grocery lng.. etc.....)..

So ang ENDING: Its NOT their money. Simple.

So, when asking how to exist or win election without doing EPAL move? "e.g. with non-famous last name"
Answer: Nothing because again its not the issue. They can do whatever they want. The question lies beneath from where they got the funds to do d EPAL moves..
If its their money, then go for it...

Examples of how this true EPAL works:
Bag with name : "From the office of the Vice President..etc." with name : "Jejomar Binay" -- gov't funded activity/project.
Notebook with name: "From DepED program..etc." with "Mayor blah blah.." --gov't funded activity/project..

    asa ang hustisya ana..
