so far wala except sa size. D nako maka text sa jeep or any public area.

Naa nako update sa akong warranty experience.
1. Gidawat ang phone sa warranty pero natingala ko kay ang gisuwat sa order paper kay "ok for reprogram" nga ang screen man ang problem.

2. Gipahuwat2x kog 1 week (1st visit: waiting pa daw sila sa screen ordered from manila, 2nd visit: mao pa daw pag-abot and ila daw "i-reprogram ang imei" man guro to gi mention) then and phone na akong nadawat naa japon burn-in mark dadto sa notification area but now I'm thinking maybe ingani jud guro ang note3 na screen. Gi-downgrad ang OS version to 4.3.

3. Advised not to upgrade to 4.4 manually kay maka void ug warranty daw. Advised to visit SM samsung store if ganahan ko mg 4.4 kay sila dadto mo upgrade.

For me, poor kaayo either ang product knowledge or poor ang samsung process kay what's the point of OTA software upgrade if maka void diay ni ug warranty? Ug wa sab end results ang akong pagpa warranty kay way changes sa akong phone screen (but if this is the normal screen then ngpa warranty wa ko ug perfectly working phone).

Ive been told the same thing, wala ko ka bantay nga reddish ang right side sa akong screen nag pa ilis rakog unit coz wala pamay 7 days gikan sa pag purchase. Wa ko kasabot ngano ang OTA ilang gi blame. But to a certain degree naa juy quality control issue ang screen sa note 3. Dili gyud na ma likayan, pili rakag unit nga dili ka maka notice sa issue.

Ang nakalain lang kay murag supported nang OTA WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY ky I've been told the same thing sa SM samsung service area. In fact, naa sila PC dadto na dadto ka mg officially upgrade to kitkat kay if dili ka dadto, void warranty.

Any OTA update pushed by samsung should not void warranty.

Mao gyud. Mura bag nghatag sila updates nya kung imong i-download ignon dayon kag "Aha! Void na imong warranty". Wa gyud klaro ning samsung. Wa raba gyud gi verify sa ng repair sa akong CP kung na fix ba niya ang issue (which is wala). So now, mobalik nasab ko dadto. Gipa trace sab nako dadto sa SM kung unsa na repair ang gibuhat sa akong phone, ignan man noon ko sa service lady na wala daw records na gi repair ako phone so either:

1. Gidawat then way gibuhat then gibalik lang sa ako ang phone hoping maikog kog balik dadto to complain.

or

2. Way idea ang technician sa iyang trabaho.

Poor gyud kaayo ang service.

Maybe its not Samsung bro. Maybe its just the center where you have your unit fixed.

I dont think so. I noticed this back with JB but I have remedied this problem with a software. This is no longer noticeable in my device now.

I also informed samsung about this issue and currently negotiating a replacement or FULL REFUND.

Finally, after almost 2 weeks of processing, Full Refund from Samsung Approved. I was able to take advantage of my Note 3 for about 8 months.

Looks like I will be holding on for the Note 4 release.

If find this strange. I always get notification that my internet connection is unstable whenever I connect to WiFi.
