as a girl i was so fat.
it runs in our family..
and it was a curse.
when i was in grade six i have .. almost 40 waistline i eat all the time fried food pa jud..
from chicken hotdog meat name it!
but when i was in highschool it dropped to 30 but i was still fat!. unbelivably FAT!
i ddnt have bf.. sometimes sa chat lang it was so horrible a nightmare.. ugh!i was called lumba-lumba,balyena any names.. it hurts.. but when sa college.. i realized i need to change this ways then i had that motivation wen i was in] 17 until now..
i dont eat meat control na tanan no meat vegetarian and fuitarian nako. i lost a lot of weight can u imagine niabot sa 23 ako waistline? when nag exercise ko and dicipline lang i was completely happy and satisfied with my life.. if you wanna make a lot of changes in ur life..
start it by motivating urself.. and when soon enuf ul SHINE especially in big events like "reunion" Inspire urself.!

3. regular exercise

5. positive thinking (hehehe)
I tried extreme measures. I'm not proud of it but share lang. I'm constantly in recovery. It's a daily struggle. I'm talking about anorexia, bulimia, and compulsive exercising. So sad, but true.
Other healthier measures: tae-bo, pilates, walk away the pounds, yoga, capoeira, jogging, and plain old walking.
I also tried being a vegetarian.
Now, I do Capoeira and pilates. I still jog and walk. And I eat in moderation. It's working out fine. And ga-try pud ko ug honey+cinnamon concoction. Ana sila that it makes you lose weight. Nothing to lose here. Natural stuff ra. Try lang. Hehehe.

ako sekwet bro, i drink one glass of water before I eat..but regular akong kaon ha..there's no diet involve... control no in-between meals (like snacks or choklits) then exercise
sa exercise, pwede sexercise..bwahehehhe..joke = walking lang and jog
ana akong mga kauban pearl white daw... abi nakog sabot toinksssss pills d i... paet
Number 1 is to look at your diet. Follow a very healthy diet and limit your food intake. Another thing is to change the things that you do everyday a bit. For example, instead of using the elevator, use the stairs.
But if you are really dedicated in losing weight, you can find time to insert exercise in your day. Nothing beats exercise, not only in losing weight, but also in staying healthy.
