Hi, I have been interested in martial arts and I been practicing "Thaima martial arts" for the past younger years but It's already 12 yrs from now and I almost forgotten everything my master taught me. And still don’t know if this still exists now a day.

Anyway, I’m now doing in web and arts management policy and I just want to have some refreshment during the past 5-6 working days. I'm just looking for a help anybody who can teach me or any clubs offer Yang style of Tai-Chi Chuan or Wu style of Tai Chi Chuan as I known. I preferable with this since its oriental healing arts and best am thought of as a moving form of yoga and body meditation combined avoid stress and have peace of mind. So if this avialable in cebu, please let me know.

join ka judo or any arts na master nila is ground techniques. as long as u dont compare one martial arts to another, kay lahi2x mn gyud ang style. kon unsay feel nimo then go for it. wats important mn cguro is the discipline & positive attitude na imong makat onan gawas sa pasingot, di ba?

Maybe Aikido is applicable with me since I'm working I need to save energy and strenght during weekends. it's good also for spiritual enlightenment, physical health or peace of mind.

I dont know if where are they located in cebu or any branch somewhere in the south?

Try going to the Tai-ji Qi Gong center near Sacred Heart School and look for Mr. Benny Besa. or if you like to learn aikido or other japanese martial arts, try inquiring sensei Kamikaze about it...
