sir, i am a customer of yours. i bought a ps3 slim 120gb in your store last march 27, 2010. last tues. unfortunately my ps3 unit together with the controller got wet due to flood in our area. i was not able to get my ps3 because i was at the office that time. i searched and asked many persons, here in istorya and on facebook on how to clean my ps3, im thankful many replied. but, on second thought i looked at my receipt and i have a 1 week warranty for parts and lifetime warranty for service. i felt hope for my beloved ps3. i did not open and try to clean my ps3 even though i already searched and downloaded videos on how to clean/diassemble my ps3, but i did not do it but rather i sent it yesterday in your store in ayala branch, i felt i might void any warranty form your store or from sony if i did it.

"Our priority is to let our customers experience the best form of service and assistance they can't find anywhere else." i hope i will get the best of your service and assistance on my problem. i called at your store today and for some reason i was not content on the lady's answer to my question. i asked "how was my ps3 doing?" she answered, "wala pa ko kabalo sir kay ang technician ninaug pa kay nagkuha trapo sa iya motor, kay natay.an naman ang uban parts, mura guba naman siguro ni cya." this is the reason why i go to your store and humbly asked to clean my ps3 because i believed there is still water on some parts and might cause rust, but i know if it'll get dry enough and not plugged for 1-2 weeks and let it really dry it will still work. i know it will cause rust and this is the reason why i asked and got to your store to clean it and let it dry if possible. all i want is your best service and assistance sir. because it seems that they (your store clerk) are telling me that hope is gone but they haven't done anything yet. im not angry sir or anything... this is just my concern on my ps3 and in your service. i just hope and really pray to have your best service and assistance on my problem. i do hope you can help me on this because you are the best and you have the right people to do this.

to all ps3 owners out here, i know how much you value your ps3. this is why i just want it to be cleaned and dried. my ps3 dont have any problem, might be technical or broken and never been dropped. this is how much i value my ps3. it just got wet and i just want it to be free from water and let it dried. i hope you guys understand my situation. i made a savings for me to buy my ps3, thats why it hurts when this things happened to your personal things.

i bought a ps3 slim d.i sa inyu store last march sa ayala nga branch...
and now im planning to buy a new hdd for my console kay naguba cya and i just want to tell you na ngpatan-aw dae q sa aq ps3 sa inyu store last august kay mlag ang duwa and some of the games kay bilin kaau ang sounds murag pirated nga dvd or knang sa hero channel.. hehe.. anyway wa kaau cguro tarunga ug tan-aw sa inyu technician and told me na nihinay ndaw and lens.. and i recently found out na ang hdd dae ang nadaot tungod lage aning bag-o na cfw sa ps3 na pde mka back up ug games..
thank God wla q nkapalit ug lens kay mahal2 bya unta and mao ta aq plano...

sumbungiro mn kaau q paminawn sa aq post.. pero bhala na..hahaha.. i dont have a grudge or anything.. krn lng q kremember gd.. hehe

ok rba kung ad2 nq ipataud sa inyu store aq hdd? nawala bya aq receipt a2.. naa na ilhanan inyu employees nga sa inyu store nq gpalit ang ps3? mobayad pba q ana?

Bought my original PS3 in iTech Ayala last 2008. Got semi-YLOD(on games only), and the iTech technicians said they cant fix that type of problem. So I bought a new PS3(Slim) in iTech SM. I suggest all of you planning to buy one, to buy it here. They can repair some problems, unlike Datablitz where they have to send it to Manila.
