It sounds weird but it really isn't, I have used water before on electronic equipments...
Believe me it works like magic...

i agree... i used to clean TV circuit boards with water... after it dries up completely i begin my troubleshooting and soldering stuff...

brads, you have an idea why my PC, after an hour of two of use, shuts down all of a sudden? this actually happened after i installed my new 512 video card that uses separate power. before when i was still using the on-board video, nothing like this happened. if you experience the same please give me an idea what i can do to solve this problem. BTW, i have a 450W power supply

Sounds like a power supply problem... branded ba ni imong 450w power supply? Kung after 2 hours of gaming pa mu shut down then heat na' ang problem..most likely its the power supply heating up and losing efficiency so dili na adequate iyang ma supply nga power sa video card.
