You never told me you were into Clancy when we were exchanging banters at iBalita, Ninong! LOL remember my Rainbow Six thread there? Isn't it funny that, almost all of the major Clancy novels had been ported over to the silver screen, but NOT Rainbow Six...I personally find this fact annoying and disappointing because it's my favorite among his novels, along with Red Storm Rising and Clear and Present Danger.

Was nice to have finally met you wsraxe

Guys, I know how hard it is for us with our disjoint schedules and all (and I feel like a hypocrite for saying this because I myself was late for mga 20 minutes or so), but I really think we should've started dinner and the discussion earlier, so as to save on time. What I'm trying to say is, even though it could prove to be difficult to implement, we all should try to be more disciplined next time around, and really stick to a formal timeline.

Say, if people don't arrive by 6:45pm, then those present should have dinner na, and so that by around 7:15pm, hopefully everyone would have finished dinner. By 7:30pm we'd all be ready for the discussion...so see, by those timeline adjustments alone, we would've had an additional full hour for the discussions.

    What do you guys think?

that's what i love about the book -- the characters and how they think and scheme. i suggest you read anansi boys next. the spotlight's in mr nancy's sons. you've already met mr nancy in american gods, right?
