Tol GANDA ng mga CTs mo!!! Hmmm looking at their fringes, I would guess they are around 2.5-3 months yung pula at mga 3-4 months yung Yellow...
I doubt though if your Plakats can reach a 180 degrees spread to be considered an HMPK since they are indeed flaring from the pics...
May female ka bah nyan? My tip is don't outcross your lovely CTs with anything less than a sister or back cross it with their mother to continue their gorgeous lines...
@ Pulchra
Just put an old aquarium water directly to the sun... a couple of week you can see your aquarium with a stain of green algae... You can scratch the algae and stir with your hand until they dissolve you now have green water... Yeast is necessary as you put sugar and yeast in the water... The microorganisms from the yeast will eat the sugar and will multiply at a faster rate.... This will serve as a huge quantity food for the daphnia! The green water also serves as another alternative food for the little daphias... The green algae also produce oxygen and overcome the carbon dioxide produced by the yeast microorganisms... Remember to add 1 cup of water every day to prevent a polluted tank.
Put 5 tablespoons of sugar and put one tablespoon of yeast then stir... Then add a few daphnia... A few weeks later you can see they multiply rather rapidly... Remember to put them always under the sun and some mild aeration...

Betta Philosophy
Bettas truly are a perfect example of Beauty and the Beast! They have overwhelming physical beauty and they do behave as savage beasts. Male to male interaction results in brutal conflict that ends only when one is so badly beaten that he must totally submit. Male to female encounters often begin as bloody dominations and end in one of the most exquisite spawning rituals you will ever see. Bettas are a template of paradox.
For me the barbarous behavior is just a minor distraction in the appreciation of the beauty that is Betta splendens. I believe that Bettas are not to be used in fighting contests. I believe that Bettas are not to be abused by us - as in the weeks they spend without food in two ounces of water in plastic cups on retail shelves until they die. Sometimes I wonder who is the most cruel, the Betta or Man. I believe that Bettas are to be nourished and cherished for the exhilaration and joy they provide us. Such an animal deserves the best we can give - the best that is in Man.
Bettas have already shown us many awesome marvels. My hope is that with diligent care they will reveal even more spectacular aspects to those of us who love them.
