Sit-ups won't really help much kung pagamay lang sa tiyan ang istoryahan. Sit-ups doesn't really burn much calories than cardio exercises. Naturally, ang tiyan mogamay lang na basta active lifestyle lang, and even the 6-packs will show even without sit-ups and with cardio exercises alone. Runners are good example, they don't usually do sit-ups yet they're so lean, flat kaayo ug mga tiyan.

sit-ups lang gud nig mata, warm up ra man pod na for the whole day activity. mkagamay na sa tiyan, di lang monipis ang bil2x.. hehehe.. except mag rigid cardio, hilis jud na fats sa tyan.. nya sit-ups pa jud pra ma.porma ang muscles.. hehe.. nya nig nipis na ang fats sa tyan, watch na ur diet pra maintain nlng..
