agree bai, however the traditions are based from the bible or at least have biblical references.
may not necessarily appear on the Bible as they were but are believed to be practiced by early Christians and the apostles themselves.there are some which can be traced from Jewish practices as most of the apostles are Jews..
through apostolic succession.

There is nothing in the bible that speaks about infant baptism [citation needed], but implications of it does exist, kamo nlay pangita kay wa ko ma sweto.. im not trying to be an expert here so ill just speak in behalf of myself and what i know..

unsa nahitabo bro nga pagano nga Rome ug mao pa ang nag crucify ni Jesus ug nag persecute sa mga early Christians, nya nakahimo man sila ug religion nga centered ni Jesus?

ROME did not come up with the religion called ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH .

It was Jesus Christ who founded the church the UNIVERSAL CHURCH , the CATHOLIC CHURCH by commanding St. Peter , the first POPE and the VICAR of CHRIST in MT 16:18 .
