i asked my friend to visit the facebook of I.R.O especially "adopt the kittens pics" because she's really a cat lover but unfortunately her mom doesn't like animals. And they have kittens right now. tsk.
she asked if where daw makapa-neuter sa ilang male cat. Sa katu ilang Dr. Utlang na clinic, pwede ba didtu? then pila kha ang price range? (kalimot ku sa details mam nena, sorry2. hehe)

Gd Am Manyang. I checked with Dr. Utlang and yes cats can be neutered sa clinic ng City Vets. I will get the details (i.e. address, phone #) and post it here. It is P150.00. I will also check if rabies vaccinations are also included in the fee like the ones for dogs.

BTW, I chatted thru YIM with your BF. Very nice guy and he will join the Promotions Com.

Can you PM me what the specific complaint is and I can research whether there is a violation of the law and if so, where such a complaint can be filed? Thanks Koikox.
