2. Write Meridian Telekoms, Inc. on the Company Name.
3. Leave Institution Code and Product Code blank.
4. The Subscriber Account Number is the account number provided by Meridian which
is reflected in your Statement of Account.
5. Write your complete name in the Subscriber Name field.
6. Fill in other payment details and submit to the teller along with your payment.

You may also pay at any of our offices in Manila, Cebu, and in Davao. For payment inquiries,
you may email collection@meridiantelekoms.com
