some of us filipinos would like the easiest way to life.. that is why we are suffering from poverty.. be it ROTC or any Government/Private Trainings and stuff, we tend to resist outrightly due to a lot of reasons such as, kapoy, init, maka luya, samok, walay ayo and the list goes on and on.. if we stick to this mentality and wont change our paradigm then so be it, and let us not complain and ask why we are suffering from poverty.. self improvement deals mainly on self descipline and positive outlook of life, and if we don't start the change from our very own self then we are not suppose to expect major improvement from our basic social institution to the national level of development.. we must adopt the changes needed for us to improve and develop individually and the nation as a whole.. ROTC is just a minute part of this national development, and if we can't accept ROTC how much more the rest?
