That proves that they got the tape illegally and they lied about their source.

Are you familiar with the law sir? or are you personally going to change the constitution? picture this, if there is a search warrant for your house for drugs and the drugs was found in your car that means the evidence was obtained unlawfully. now, why does the court dismiss such evidence? because it could have been tampered or was obtained with malice or could be any other reason. that is somewhat the same with GMA's case.

for purposes of discussion, let's just say it really seemed like it was GMA on that ILLEGALY ACQUIRED tape. What can these people successfully do now? Just answer this question. If they can't do anything then I highly suggest these people to shut up! It is not enough that one saw or participated in a crime, you have to PROVE it in court. Which in this particular case, they cannot.

If indeed Garci's phone was wiretapped, it proves that the conversation did occur... now are a person who was caught cheating can get away just because of technicality. The taped could be obtain in bad faith, but does it prove that she did not cheat? The issue is what is inside the tape. Just like the *** scandal videos of showbiz personalities, we are almost certain that it's them on the video but when the particular personality involved plays deadma or won't comment on the issue then it is less damaging in their part. In time, people will stop talking or will lose interest in it and life will move on. That is what exactly will happen to this tape.
