    drinking cold water is just psychological, exercise, and its better to eat 5x a day (3 full meal and 2 snacks) pra d ka mag craving, tendencies ana, inig ting pangaon daghan nsad ka kan-un, mao small frequent meals lng,well of course with right choices of food pud..hehe

    contradicting post man dansoy: I agree with small frequent meals BUT not on the 3 FULL MEALS and 2 SNACKS!

    i am very tambok before. 39 ako tyan,

    now i have 32 and a visible six pack.

    Best way to do this:

    Gym, 3 times a week, Pumped my chest, back, legs and arms... and do a very little on abdominal and cardio.

    My diet, eat 6 times a day instead of 3. cooked my own food.

    Lastly, i rest and sleep.

    the more muscle youll have the more calories youll burn even when sleeping.

    Is that hard? try it for a month and youll get addicted :mrgreen:
