P39 million new traffic system in mandaue

I just noticed that they are already operating one of their newly installed traffic system located in the center of Mandaue National Hi-way corner A.S. Fortuna. It has a digital clock, cctv, audio timer good for the disabled persons. They are still on the process of installing the devices in other areas of Mandaue. Guys do you think the 39 million budget is worth it?
anyway I just want to congratiolate also the Mandaue City for this project. I hope some other cities will follow also.

This is a very nice innovation that will make drivers drive efficiently. This is also one of the milestones a city can have and be proud upon. The number countdown system enables us drivers to prepare the gear and slightly release the clutch so when it reaches go not a single car is left immobile (unless there are unforeseen incidents hehehe)

It removes the information deficiency. Imagine reving up your engine and trying to catch up a green light and then all of the sudden it turned yellow. You wasted gas if you break and if you really push through with it an enforcer will give you a ticket for your efforts.

This might seem expensive but this is all worth it. redirecting all other enforcers to much needed areas in the city.

That budget is too much if we count for what we see improvements in Mandaue. Even though I came from a province and not for that particular place at least we see improvements...Now I can say that they are working also..

Too much if only for the traffic lights changes...But if there are any other improvements that we never notice right now then the money might be enough or lacking........

i am referring to figures. you said that 39M is too much? did you know how much each system cost? how many units installed? If your lacking this information then your preference of argument is invalid.
