Folks if you were say Mayor , or Congressman, City Planner , how would you address growing problem of Traffic in these changing times..

Think outside the box ... Think of Change ... a Plan that addresses front to end ...

Please No answers like "build another flyover" ... or expand roads ... Give a small plan of yours

face out the traditional cars...and i will suggest to use flying cars........wa gyud traffic jam..

Implement/Mandatory only School BUS for students going to schools where it can reduce private cars causing traffic in the roads around school premises.

for me there are a lot of solutions in a single problem.
for heavy traffic :
> it all starts within ourselves - improve and be a model in the street. avoid those violations
> dapat bawal na ang sidewalk vendors - we can see na even sa tunga sa dalan naa gihapon mamaligya samot na sa kilid
> the gov't. should be strictly imposing the traffic rules > we can always see that most of the utility drivers are abusado lugar diri lugar maski asa maski wala sa lugar, but hey asa man ang citom, where are they? look at the area in gaisano metro colon, there are citom there so tan.awa ang mga tao dungan ug labang sa dan.
> local govt must identify areas that need for road expansion
> one of the problems here in cebu is the parking spaces - creating this help widened the streets - dli ingon nga sa kilid lang mag park, gamay pa kau ang dan parkingan pa sa kilid

remove LEFT TURNs in all intersections. either go STRAIGHT lang or RIGHT turn lang.....a U TURN slot must be provided.

provide separate bays for UNLOADING and LOADING. These bays should not be along the road.

NOT MOVING vehicles on the road should pay by the hour. Ang atong mga maayng laking drivers kay makahimo mag rason sa NO STOPPING or NO PARKING...so we better change that to NON MOVING vehicles on the road. Kay bisan ug nag andar ang imong makina unya naa ka sa manubela unya wala ka nag lihok..well, you are not moving, so if GO ang signal unya wala ka ni GO then you should be charge with OBSTRUCTION/NOT MOVING...hehehe...a variation could be SLOW MOVING...
