i was really thinking about high-fiber diet sis pero ni-kontra man ang doctor... pakan-on daw bisan unsa para maanad na... balik mi sa doctor hopefully next week kay karon 2 days na siya wa ka-defacate even with the meds.. di man magsilbi ang enema kay molugnot man siya so mogawas ra dayun ang fluid.

Try to go to sacred heart hospital, look for the medical director, dr. balbuena, he had this friends... a group of Japanese, do medical mission every year, maybe they can help you kid...good luck!

Congrats diay TS atleast na operahan na si baby girl, pero too bad kay naay complications diay.. maayo ra na. everything will be fine, everything is under control kaya na nimo ug sa mga tao nga nitabang nimo.. kudos ni maam cookiejar ug sa uban pa nga nipa ambit sa ilang tabang...

You're a normal guy, dont feel bad about not noticing. Now since she already asked you to buy her a ring. Hell I wouldnt mind if someone took me to a london silver bangle store and said "surprise baby, pick a ring out" haha sounds corny and lame, but I personally would love it.
