    yeah, it's the title of the book. of all the dietary and workout books i've read, this one made sense to me. so i gave this a try.

    1 thing diay very important nga akong na-discover is that don't stay up too long during the night. if you could sleep early, hit the bed. this practice jumpstarts yourself for the following day and will never screw-up your metabolism. sleeping late will just make you lousy when you wake up prompting you to skip exercise. plus, when you stay up late, maabtan pa mu gutom during midnights making you eat again. this will just result to another fat storage coz you slowed down your metabolism and is too tired to exercise the next day. so.... "tugsay para matsay!"

    @moyti: yhea, sleep is important.. I usually sleep around 9:30pm.. then wake up around 5:30am.. pero sometimes when lakaw ko late na gud ko maka sleep ana.. if maka balik ko around 9:30 usually mga 10:30pm na ko maka sleep.. pero if more than 10:30pm di nako maka workout ana...

    dali ra man kaau ko paniwangon,but ang ako ,unsa on man jud pagpagamay sa bilbi sa tiyan,bisan unsaon pa nako dili jud mawa.ang ibabaw mo flat but ang sa ubos bilbil lang gihapon bisan unsaon pag sit-up.kalagot na kaayo.

    ^^Kuwang lang ang sit-ups. Sit-ups will strengthen your abdominal muscles but it doesn't necessarily mean that it will remove fats, dugay kaayo na. A better way is to couple sit-ups with cardio activities to burn the fats faster. Jogging, biking, and even swimming are good activities for that matter. And of course, watch your diet. If you're not that active, consider minimizing your diet and the quality of foods you eat.

    mau jud, when maka-sleep ko mga 11pm or later, pildi najud ko the next day!

    @elschulzoo: mawa ra na bilbil kadugayan bro. mau jud ni ang pinakalisud ug dugay tangtangun. dili lang jud ingun ana ka paspas like the other areas sa atong body. as we age also, our metabolism slows down. mau na paspas kaayu ta maniwang sauna pagkabata nato unlike now nga murag pirmi uphill climb ang effort pagpaniwang. hehehe...

    @Elschulzoo: kahibaw ka ang biggest mistake nimo? negative thinkng... you should think postive and say "I'LL DO IT NOW ".. how? simple ra.. ka daghan na gi balik namo.. eat right ug exercise (requires a small time to research or post lang diri ).. usual palusot sa mga people "wa man ko time.. " in short that person is looking for a miracle pill.. i can sell that person vitamins thinking na maka wala ni ug weights.. make a fortune and that person is fat... or that person can get lipo.. no time is not a reason.. I have time when I was starting.. I have time to study, go out and ect.. now most people that knows me or haven't seen me in a while mo ingon sila ug "oi, ni daot gud ka ug maayo".. from pants size 40 to 34.. shirt size from XXXL to L (sometimes medium.. >)..

    when the day I have my first 6pack, which includes a braging rights.. yup.. brag gud.. kai pinahirapan gud.. diba? ad2 dayon beach.. hahahaha!

    mga bro,dili man ko tambok sakto ra man ako lawas...ang akoa gi ask nga dugay pa jud walaon ang bilbil sa ubos.healthy baya ako diet,low fat diet jud ko.

    @moyti: mao jud bro dugay daw jud tangtangon ang bilbil sa ubos.but cgehan ra gihapon nakog sit ups but dugay2x na jud ko ani gahi na jud hilison ang bilbil.

    @P-chan: dili man ko negative thinker...everyday man gani ko mo jog every sunday 2 hours game namo sa football.but ako giingon nga dugay hilison ang fats sa ubos.kay bisan unsaon nakog sit-ups dili jud siya mawala naa ra gihapon.

    @elschulzoo: either way you have to stay postitive... not negative.. the way i interpret sa imong gi ingon is kinda negative.. say "I'll do it" instead of "I'll try"...
