    Bro, all legit businesses pay taxes jud when they do business in the country. We legit network marketing distributors pay 10% of our sales to the Philippine Government. I think, that is fair enough. That is automatically deducted by our company before depositing our commissions to our bank accounts, mahirap kalaban ang gobyerno.hehe. We can even get our tax records from the BIR. If the business is not paying taxes to the governments they are operating, that simply means that those companies are illegal. So, is the company you are affiliated with is illegal Sir?

    With all due respect sir, all network marketing companies offers free trainings Sir. Then, as what you've said pd, you only sell membership. That also simply means, it is a pyramiding scheme. It will collapse by its own weight in the near future. Club2X? What is the purpose of joining that club sir?

    I hate to put people down Sir, but I am really sure that the moderators or most of the istoryans here are not interested on your program.

    @pansitcanton

    tax exempt & tax deductible are different things. are you saying your contributions are tax exempt AND tax deductible?
    obviously, murag pyramiding jud ni imong club2x. how do you sustain your club? charities?

    @Dorjan,
    we can't really say illegal sila... they could be LEGIT companies OPERATING illegally.. familiar?

    No sir, if that is the case, I think it is illegal sir, because they are hiding the true nature of their business.. Like Global Money, they said that they are operating as Livelihood, charity or something,, so they don't need those additional documents (some tax evasion tactics of businesses pd na) but it is really operating as a lending firm and as an investment firm with a pyramiding structure... Some businesses hide the true nature of their business to evade the additional taxes and further government regulation....

    they are saying that they are exempted by taxes.... that only means that they are not operating as a business entity... but as a club or social circle or something.... So, in my humble opinion, there should be no business taking place, you should not get something or promise some returns on membership fees (because that would simply means that it is not a membership fee for a club but as an investment capital)...

    The terms should just be simple.... if the core business is not allowed by law (or not operating under its proper law), that only means it is not legit..... fraud from the start, does not makes it legit.... maybe like annulment in marriage...hehe. there is no marriage in the first place.... and in our discussion, there is no legit company in the first place.... well,, im not really sure jud,, ky wala pman siya ga reply,,, tyg d i wala lang ko kasabot pa ayu jud....
